- It is clear now; working diligently at the routine duties of the job are critically as important as trying to reach the zenith in a career. More people will love and revere you for this achievement
- Why do people keep saying I did this; I did that? If one has to reiterate so many times, it’s probably not worth remembering or feeling grateful.
- Taking a realistic perspective is an ongoing process, it cannot be that you do this when it suits you
- Can leadership be taught? Yes, if you teach yourself
- Hanging on to things after your time is past; what can you achieve with that? They are neither useful to you nor to others; does that not defeat the very purpose of accumulating things?
- Maintaining relationships? Why does this fall onto only one person in the family? The other enjoys the privileges, but does not want to contribute to maintaining relationships.
- If you keep loving yourself, where is the time or inclination to love others?
- We often say, ‘ I will come back to this.’ Do we ever?
- What is characterless behaviour? Is it only unfaithfulness in relationships that is characterless? What about selfishness, arrogance, blind to others needs? Are they not characterless behaviours?
- Who you are is not the issue; what you stand for is the issue
